In light of recent changes and discussions here and here, thought that we’d make a quick post.

Basically, we have very little control over this, it’s the internet, shit happens and things get reposted/reblogged and if someone really wants to do that? They’re going to find a way. But we’d really, really appreciate it if ya’ll went and reposted someone elses stuffs our posts or links to them, didn’t appear on public twitters, facebooks etc etc. Haven’t a clue why anyone would want to do this, but erm…please don’t? *bats lashes*

There are multiple reasons and thoughts about/behind this and if anyone particularly wants to be bored to tears hear them, we’re happy to expand, but since it’s a lot of in theory, speculation, what if and OMGZMAHPRIVACY, that may not ever come to pass, seems a little OTT even for us :p ;)

For anyone interested, there’s a way to hide the twitter/facebook links near the comments, and this can be found here. Not foolproof, but it makes things ‘less easy’. :D
